Oprah took her final bow and the curtain closed after a 25 years of legacy on a talk show that touched a lot of lives. Some felt like they've lost a bestfriend at the demise of this powerful show, yet some took it with bright smiles knowing they'll still see more of her in her OWN network. I, on the other hand, is taken back to a time when I tried to reach out to her and felt I was badly let down...

Snoopy's Starlight Spectacular coming to Carowinds!

Carowinds, the theme park that is uniquely known for sitting on top of the border of North Carolina and South Carolina and having parts of the park situated on both opposite sides of the states is bringing a new fun attraction for 2011: Snoopy's Starlight Spectacular!

NO ONE Can Spell My Name...

Yes no one can spell my name...much pronounce it! And yes, I'm one of them individuals "blessed" with a, what most people would call, very "unique" name. So unique, NO ONE can spell or pronounce it! I feel so special already. Not! It truly is weird that a common name in my country is a "rare" unknown one in this country. So what's so "unique" about my not-so-unique name anyway?

Pirates of the Caribbean 4: On Stranger Tides - A different Twist!

I was invited by Disney Films to preview Pirates of the Caribbean On Stranger Tides before it opened to the public with my 7 year old right-hand maiden. And for someone who had watched all the subsequent sequels, it is quick to see that this latest offering is strangely different from the rest! Appropriately titled coincidentally. So, is it worth watching?
