If Oprah is OWNing it all to 2011, so do I !

Blast off!

My 2010 started out with a big bang! And I can't be happier... As I look back, it gives me this sense of gratitude that 2010 had been some sort of a reward from all the tough times we've encountered years before that. Though there was no significant change in our daily struggles in life, it was a reprieve from all that burden somehow...kinda like a sweet treat whose taste will never be forgotten.

2010 has given me a lot to be thankful for:

I've met the most wonderful people online in person and became good friends with and some who have made a great impact in my life.

Attended conferences that I thought I'll never be able to attend considering how broke I was {and still is} but luck and friends made it possible for me to go to Blogher in NYC, Build-A-Bear Workshops Brand Building Conference in Missouri, Disney Social Media Moms in Florida and Type-A-Mom Conference in Asheville. All a first for me!

Traveled to places I've never been and sharing it with my family. New York New York! Missouri!

Lots of blessings I would have never imagined ever receiving. I must have been a good girl. I won two iPads and my blog started to take off, receiving more projects and working with big brands!

And though I'm not a big fan of New Year's resolution, I did manage to create a list to go by last year. I revisited my list and I'm proud of myself to see that I have fulfilled most of it beyond my expectation. BUT I've still got a lot to work on and this is why I'm OWNing it all to 2011 and to myself to make this year a very productive and successful year in all aspects of my life. I can't be broke forever... I don't deserve it but I do deserve to have a better life along with my family and my little girl...

As what my favorite quote by Napoleon Hill says: "What the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve" ~ Yes, I'm going to make it happen in 2011!

I've always loved Oprah Winfrey Show even back when I was still in the Philippines and I look forward to watching all the inspiring stories she has to offer and those featured on "Your OWN Show: Oprah’s Search for the Next TV Star” – series to premiering today, Friday, January 7th 9/8c.
