A lot of people had been waiting for this post, so here it is! I'll start with saying, I love to dance. I can dance { well, that's what I kept telling myself anyway } but I tell you now, I'm most certainly NOT a trained dancer so, don't expect me to wow Carrie Ann Inaba or minutely impress Bruno Tonioli, worst, it might just annoy the wits out of Len Goodman if he sees my own rendition of booty shakin'! Yet, dancer or no dancer, one thing's for sure! I had the privilege of experiencing, first-hand, a Dancing with the Stars treatment - without the dramas or mean judges - but a great dance workout with Louis Van Amstel in person!

This is Why I say Blog Commenting is Dead!

I would do anything - well, mostly anything when my time allows it - to grow my blog and get the proper exposure necessary. Who doesn't? And if you've been around this block for a while, experts and so-called gurus vouch that commenting is still one of the most effective tools in reaching this goal. I agree. Hence, sites like SITS {my favorite site by the way} became infamous for discovering this niche that targets this need. Yes, we all love attention! And when we don't get it, we feel useless. Worthless even. But what will you do when commenting is just, that, dead?

In my side of the world, this is the last week of school. And though kids (me including) are thrilled about the idea of finally being out of school - no homework, yes! - a great reprieved if I must say - but sadly, this doesn't totally get them (us) off the hook from Summer reading! I admit I was a little stumped at how this can be done in a manner that requires the least of supervision since I work. And voila! I found ways that will do just the job!
