"Let the memories begin!" This is Disney's new catchphrase for this year, which can be seen plastered all over the parks and their resort hotels and the welcoming sight as soon as you enter the Magical world that is, Disney. It encourages making memories that are not just memories, but truly magical memories and wonders to last a lifetime. One that touched not only our lives but the life of one particular girl... This is her Cinderella story...

Disney Social Media Moms Conference 2011
If there was anything notably different about this year's conference besides the fun and brilliant speakers in the likes of Rene Syler, author and former Anchor of Early Show on CBS and Facebook's Director of Marketing Development, Matt Jacobson - it would be the warm weather of Florida! Certainly, a welcomed contrast to the cold, chilly weather experienced last year. Warm weather definitely ruled. One that delighted both attendees and their families!

Blogging Vs. Working
I was in Orlando, Florida two days ago. We drove. The heavy traffic encountered in Jacksonville on our way there and back was a nuisance. I hate it. It makes my blood boil whenever I get caught in it. Yet thinking of it at a bloggers' perspective, this is the kind of traffic I need. The congested it is, the better. Let's face it, traffic is the soul of our blogs. And to sustain a living, breathing blog, we need to feed it with regular blog posts just like how the yellow cabs congests the busy roads of New York City! But, what if this can't be done? You work and just don't have the time to spare. Would you sacrifice a day of work just so you can blog?

Collective Thoughts on NC Mom Conference
Going to a conference can be very overwhelming to one's brain. And though, in time, it learns to be selective on what it gets processed and retained in it's memory, the information stored may be a bit imperfect. To augment this inadequacy, I've put together the collective insights and thoughts of some of the wonderful women who attended the conference via their designated posts. Like pieces in a puzzle, these posts completes the picture. Read their stories:

Cirque Du Soleil Totem in Town
When I heard Cirque Du Soleil was coming to town with their new touring show Totem, I was beyond excitement! Anyone who knows Cirque Du Soleil would readily agree that it is the best in the industry. I first saw them performing on TV years ago and became a big fan from then on and wished one day I'll see it live. That wish came true just the past Thursday when I was invited to watch the premiere show with my family. If you guessed I was ecstatic, you are quite right!

My Shot at Fame on National TV
"Did I just see your commercial on TV?" a friend tweeted me one night last week. Followed by more people from different states in the country sending me messages, tagging me on Facebook and telling me they just "saw" me on TV!
Do these two smiling gals look familiar to you?

Husband: A Social Media Mom's Best Kept {Success} Secret
During the recent conference at Ocean Isle Inn's NC Mom Bloggers Conference, I had the pleasure of indulging myself to husband-watching - not because I'm trying to find one to replace mine or snag one to bring home - but it was just glorious to see these usually dominant specie taking a passive role and working behind the scenes while their female counterpart take an active part in a highly female-dominated conference. A sight to behold to say the least. Yet their silent presence speaks volume in the success of each women in that room. Why, you say? Let's break down the facts.
