Heartbreak #1: Don't Trust Your Fans and Followers Count

Let's admit it. Across the board, blogger or entrepreneur, it brings us joy when we see our followers count grow! Who doesn't? We identify it as an integral measure of our "growth". Thus, we end up obsessing over the numbers to a point that when we lose followers by any form or fashion, it cuts us like a knife and it affects us emotionally. But I say STOP, right there, right now! Wasting precious energy sulking and whining about it ain't worth it! When you lose followers, think of this - It has nothing to do with you, it's them!

Sounds so cliche' doesn't it? An overused line that we'd politely say, or receive, when we are dumping someone, or tragically, being dumped! Though in this case, I simply can't agree more. Yes! It's them and not you! 

Tech Talk: How to Fix Sidebar Shifting to the Bottom of Page in Blogger

If there is one thing that can easily ruin your day as a blogger, it would be when your blog's layout is messed up and you have no clue how it happened! This happened to me today after trying to "clean" up posts and updating images on my sidebar.

I tried to retrace and undo the work I've done and the changes I did but none worked. Frustrated was an understatement but save yours if you're in the same abominable pit!

The solution was simpler than I thought and took but a few 5 minutes to resolve!

I know we all grow old and end up with gray hairs BUT discovering I suddenly have "multitudes" of gray hair was like waking up from a nightmare inside a nightmare! How did this happen and when did tons of gray hair happened? Why me???!!!

 "Aaaahhhhh!" I screamed like a loud siren, sounding like someone murdered me in the bathroom. Well, that was what my hubby said anyway. After giving him the litany of my discovery, he just matter-of-factly said, "Oh honey...just embrace it." Say what!? "Embrace?"  I snapped. That is like totally telling me to embrace my mother-in-law! I'd rather scream than embrace it. So, I screamed. Again. Watch my video.
