Heart of Haiti Holiday collections is one worth considering. These products are created by Master Artisans in Haiti and every product purchased directly benefits the artist and their family. They get half of the wholesale price for each items in the collections. Wouldn't you be proud looking at your tree this year and knowing your decor' helped a family have a better life?

You can start with this HOH Christmas ornament papier mache Tropical Bird. They're cute, vibrant and very attractive! I was immensely surprised to find out how big the ornament was in person, measuring 5 inches in size and looked good hung anywhere.

They are created by Haitian women from Leogane Haiti. They are individually shaped and decorated out of recycled paper which make each bird uniquely different and signed by the artisans from the Dam Dam Craft Cooperative.

I can't wait to hang this bird on my real tree this year along with my other ornament collections from other countries! I'm a proud supporter of anything that gives back and my tree will stand proud this year, so would I. Do you want a holiday gift or decor that gives back? Start with this one!

Heart of Haiti products are exclusively sold at Macy's. Ornament featured here retails for $15. Check the rest of the collections and you may just find one that suits your holiday decor' needs this year and beyond. Best of all? You're helping other families live a better life at every purchase you make.
