Boiron Arnicare Arnica Gel Review and Giveaway

Growing up as a child, taking medicine when I'm sick always was a traumatic experience. I hated medicine! The yukky taste, the side effects, it was just too much for me. This stayed with me as I got older which got me to opt for alternative medications like homeopathic or herbals that proved a better option for my liking. One of the brands I peruse when I'm getting the flu is Boiron. A brand we trust at my home. Recently, Boiron asked me to review their Arnicare Arnica Gel which I was happy to accept.

We are big Arnica-based medicine users in my household which we use to treat your common muscle ache and pains or bruisings. Arnica is a flower related to Sunflower. We've been using a specific brand for years and it's interesting to see how Arnicare's Arnica Gel will pass our test.

Likes:

• Ease of Use - It's easy to apply and easily absorbed on the skin.

• It Works - I had some applied on my back to treat some pain and felt better the next day. Currently, treating a small bruise on daughter's legs for 2 days now and I see visible improvements.

• Greaseless - It's not messy which makes applying a breeze!

  
Unlike:

•  Alcohol content - Though it helps the gel to dry easily, anyone who has sensitivity to alcohol can cause irritation and limits the area where you can apply it especially if you have a cut.

• Not for Therapeutic Massage - Due to it's quick-to-dry component, it can't be used when a massage is intended as part of the application where a cream or oil is great with.

Summary:
Arnicare Arnica Gel is a great homeopathic option and appeals best for those who likes easy to apply or quick-to-absorb medication especially for individuals who are always on the go! A perfect item to carry along to work or travel because it's not a messy product. Works great too for those who are not sensitive to alcohol-infused medications. As for me, I still prefer cream or oil version of Arnica so the gel may not expect a repeat in my medicine cabinet.
