A Eureka Moment For My Nails - Free Nail Art Design + Giveaway

I should tell you now that my daughter and I are not that girly girly until you show us nail polishes! Yes, we love our nail polishes and we love to paint our nails. We've got all sorts of colors and we have this humongous, ok, maybe not that big, but we got tons of nail polish collections. From regular, neon, matte and sparkly, we got 'em all. Our only pet peeve, we can't do small, cute designs without professional help. Then one day, we found our solution while we were visiting the recent Southern Christmas show. We were introduced to the nail polish art pen! I was in love. I planned on purchasing them as Christmas gift for both me and my not-so-mini-me this year but then I got lucky and was offered to review it instead! Nail Ritz found me! *

I can't resist. I'm quite sold on the idea and you can see why. Look at this original creation I designed for my nails! I call it Holly Jolly. It's pretty simple and so easy to do too! Perfect design for the upcoming holidays.

Neon Kit is used in this design utilizing the red, yellow and green colors. The colors stands out in direct sunlight.

Instructions:

1. Paint nails with yellow for base coat.
2. Add three round dots on the side of nails using the red.
3. Outline the holly leaf starting with the middle leaf then the sides.
4. Finish off with a clear top coat.
5. You're done!

What I like about Nail Ritz.
  • Ease of use
  • Dual design from brush to pen
  • Refillable
  • Design possibilities are endless
  • It's like using a real pen to draw
  • Compact and perfect for traveling
  • You don't need to be a PRO to use it
  • Great for gifting
  • Great stocking stuffers
  • Best of all my daughter loves it!

If the picture isn't proof enough, I should tell you that my daughter and I had lots of fun with Nailritz. We tried out different designs until we ended up with one that we love. She did the all-polka-dot creation while I went for a more holiday-ish design. Overall, we are happy with the kit and is definitely a keeper!

Bonus tip:
The booklet that comes with the kit holds the needle cleaner for the microtip pen head so, make sure to not toss that. You'll need it especially when the pen is not dispensing the polish properly, which happened to one of my colors.

Now the giveaway.
Winner will win TWO Nail Ritz Nair Art Kits.  Additional ways to enter available on widget below. Official giveaway starts on 12/20/2013 and ends on 12/27/2013.
