The TWIN and I - aka Toyota Women

aka TWIN

Toyota recently launched an exclusive network consisting of women influencers. And just like the smart and classy Anna Leonowens (of The King and I), whose intelligence and creativity influenced the success of the kingdom of Siam by helping her favorite pupil rule the kingdom, I would like to think that I'm the new Anna in this network. Or one of them anyway. And helping shape the kingdom of Toyota to be the best car in the country, if not the world, for us - the consumers!

My Toyota story.
Back in my former life, when I was still a corporate chick in a corporate company in the Philippines, I, like anyone else, dreamed of someday buying my own car. I never really liked small cars. I was the SUV kind of gal and didn't really see much in the market that fits my taste and preference. But one uneventful afternoon, as I was heading down my office building, on my way home from work, I noticed this cute, sporty looking SUV parked closed to the building entrance. It was LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT. The car was Toyota RAV4!

From then on, you can say that I had RAV4 on my mind - and a lot too! But as luck would have it, I ended up traveling to another country and living in the US. Believe it or not, I brought that love of RAV4 all the way here. Sadly, they changed the design of the car and I never got to own one. But that didn't change my love for Toyota. I'm now eyeing their Highlander Hybrid or their Prius V. Who knows, this time my dreams might actually come true!

But for right now, being a part of the TWIN is as good as it gets! I'm quite ecstatic to be a part of an exclusive network of influential women who hopefully, will help shape the next best car in the world through the innovation and technology that is, Toyota!

Do you have any question for Toyota and their cars? I would love to deliver them for you! You can also stalk some of our discussion on Twitter via the hashtag #ToyotaWomen.
