July 4th is right on the corner. I bet you my bottom dollar that you and your family is looking to watch a good fireworks show just like everyone else. Well, we scoured the land and found these places just for you so you know where to go and when to watch, right where you are! Or nearby.
Asheville - Romantic Asheville will hold their annual Independence Day Celebration in Downtown Park Square Park. Fireworks starts at 9:30 pm. Free admission.

Greensboro - The Fun Fourth Festival will take place in Downtown Greensboro. Fireworks at 9:30 pm
Raleigh - The 'Works. Location: Fayetteville Street Downtown Raleigh. Fireworks at 9:30 pm. Free admission.
Southport/Oak Island - NC 4th of July Celebration. Location: Southport waterfront. Fireworks at 9:00 pm.
Areas included in the celebration: Bald Head Island, Boiling Spring Lakes, Bolivia, Caswell Beach, Oak Island, St. James, Southport, and Sunset Harbor.
Outerbanks - There are different fireworks show on each of these island family:
- Nags Head - Nags Head Pier. Fireworks at 9:25 pm
- Kill Devil Hills - Avalon Pier. Fireworks at dusk.
- Corolla Beach - Currituck Heritage Park. Fireworks at dusk.
- Avon - Avon Pier. Fireworks at 9:15pm
- Manteo - Roanoke Island Park. Fireworks at dusk.

Lake Wylie (NC/SC) - Buster Boyd. Fireworks at 9:15 pm.
