I #GetItDone with Microsoft Office 365 + Giveaway

Disclosure: This post is brought to you by Microsoft for their #GetItDone campaign. All opinion is mine unless I say otherwise. Read what I have to say about their product and check the fun giveaway!*

You and your Time
Do you frequently say to yourself, "I wish I have more time in the day to do things?" If you do, I completely get you! You are not alone. According to a recent study conducted online by Harris Interactive on behalf of Microsoft, more than half of office workers (53%) would be willing to work more hours—and one in five would be willing to take a pay cut—to have more flexibility in where and when they got work done. This proves how bad we wanted those elusive extra hours! Now, if I give you an ability to capture some extra hours in your day so you can enjoy those that matters to you most, would you take it?

I'd say, you're crazy not to accept it! Microsoft Office 365 gave me a solution and I took it. Whatever helps to make me productive and do my work in a short (er) amount of time, I'm there! And if you already have a Microsoft account like me, then setting it up is easy peasy.

My favorite about this solution is the ability to store all my work in the cloud via Skydrive. Imagine all the possibilities! I'm able to work on different devices wherever I go. I'm not stuck dragging my huge laptop anywhere with me. Now that's total control and freedom. If I go downstairs, I can easily access my documents and work on my netbook. If I go upstairs, I can continue work on my laptop! And if I need to go out? I can continue doing my work on my Smartphone. Isn't that totally cool?! I think so. I like the seamlessness of it all. So, even when I'm cooking, I can do double time and inject some work while waiting for the food to cook. By doubling my productivity time, I'm able to allocate my extra time to do other fun stuffs with my family and I love that!

5 Tips how you can Get It Done with Microsoft Office 365

1. Save documents in the cloud. From home, school, work and everywhere in between, it’s important to have tools that work the way you do. Office 365 lets you save your documents in the cloud on SkyDrive so no matter where you are, your information and ideas are available on your terms.

2. Take digital notes. OneNote is a digital note-taking app designed to keep you organized. Use it at home, school or work for recipe collecting, class notes, projects and more. Not only is OneNote part of Office 365, but it also comes as a free app for Windows Phone, iPhone, iPad and Android. Capture thoughts, ideas and to-dos in one place with OneNote, then access them across your devices via SkyDrive.

3. Use Office on your phone. Get stuff done on the go with Office on your Windows Phone, iPhone or Android phone. Access, view, edit, and share Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents by simply downloading Office Mobile on your phone and logging in with your Office 365 account.

4. Collaborate with anyone. Office Web Apps are free, touch-friendly web versions of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and OneNote. Share and simultaneously work on documents with classmates, friends, and co-workers from any browser. All you have to do is sign up for a SkyDrive account to start creating documents.

5. Have Office on five devices. You and your family work on more than one device and so does Office 365 Home Premium. With one subscription you can put Office on up to five PCs or Macs and five phones (iPhone or Android).
