As part of my way of celebrating my first sale at etsy, a good sale at the festival and for the people who have supported me in one way or the other, I am giving away a pair of earrings to one lucky winner. And since Zen being my day to day Mantra in life, it's but appropriate that I chose the ZEN Earring as the coveted Prize. All you need to do is leave a comment telling me you want to play. I'll random.org the winner on Oct 15th.
Zen Earring
In this respect, I want to let everyone know that my life right now is like a calm river just free flowing down the river bend.We encounter hits and bumps along the way but with God's grace we are surviving. Hubby hasn't found a job yet. We are currently evaluating our situation and contemplating a move to where we can start a new future. It is a tough process but I believe we will find the right path. Like what Mark_Salinas said : "Your path has not been determined. You shall have more experiences and pass many more milestones during your journey! A fantastic day awaits!"
Yes, I want to hold onto that declaration : A fantastic day indeed awaits! It may not be here in Charlotte. It may not be now, but it will! Thank you to all who had played a role, major or tidbit in this soap opera drama of my life. You are all award-winners in my list!

Thank you for visiting my blog. I adore these earrings! I am into this type of jewelry and it's hard to find at the stores. Please enter me in the contest.
ReplyDeleteI will also be in prayer for your situation. We do serve a Big God and I love the verse in the Bible, Jeremiah 29:11. I hold on to that scripture every day! Be Blessed!
Hey you! I have not been on the net again. Taking care of life. I came back over to check on my friend. You are so uplifting. You have been going through a big life struggle but yet you have the faith to keep on going. The earrings are beautiful. I am getting ready to do some Christmas shopping. I just love the earrings on the sidebar with the leaves. How pretty.

ReplyDeleteAnd my husband & I have been in your shoes with the job search. It's so hard to find where God wants you to be. My husband was unexpectedly fired from his job in July, and by God's grace has been working 2 part-time jobs since then. I was working at a daycare part-time but suddenly got laid-off so now I'm back to square one. We're in the midst of applying for a dream job & the possibility is looking really good. It's hard but just trust God to plant your husband in the right place for you. I hope your day is exceedingly blessed.
Those are very pretty, just perfect! Congrats on everything good for you! I need some zen in my life :)

Hi Maricris! I just love your funny stories! My favourite is the one about pumping gas the first time! We can certainly learn a lot from kids who are not scared or embarrassed to try new things! Love the earrings as well.
ReplyDeleteI would love to win these! Cool site!
ReplyDeleteNot sure if my first comment went through!
ReplyDeleteMy husband and I were in your shoes a year ago. He lost his job and we were looking for a new home, job and life. I know it's hard for you now. I won't lie that there weren't times I fretted and worried. In the end and as always, GOD IS GOOD! We are in a new town, with a new job that's even better and safer than the last one (no deployments) and we're even close to family. We never would have imagined all that God's Grace had in store. I pray that you'll feel this way a year from now as well. Coming to you from BATW.

I also like your quote from Mark. I need to remember that myself as we all have our own little and big struggles in life. Nothing seems to be easy these days.
